Ltd., its officers, agents and employees, harmless from any loss, cost, expense, damage, claim, demand, liability of cause of action of whatsoever kind or nature on account of damage to or destruction of property or injury to or death of any person or persons arising out of or resulting from any act or omission, whether willful or negligent, of any of your agents, employees, representatives or personnel.
You shall meet all statutory requirements of the state/union territory/central government such as labour laws, insurance cover, taxes & others that may apply to your sales or renting or service to HostIndia Events & Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
