ThinkBig serves as a platform for women’s entrepreneurship and economic empowerment, as well as corporate engagement around inclusive and impactful sourcing, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and attaining SDG #5 (gender equality)”

It was an amazing day for the WEConnect International in India at this year’s #ThinkBig Conference! Nearly 250 women’s businesses associations, corporate members, government representatives & global allies together in #Hyderabad to celebrate the power of #WomenOwned!

Limited managed the task of complete end to end event management from venue research, event creatives, invites, website design & development, event branding, innovative value ads, photobooths, conference set design and production, give-aways, brochures, registration management and much more. The event was a grand success with excellent audience participation and state of the art event set up.

DELL wanting to transform from a renowned PC company or Hardware Manufacturer to a Technology Solutions company for Businesses,  this is when Dell decided to participate in the Technology event in Mumbai called INTEROP.

In yet another attainment HostIndia Conceptualised, Designed and Executed Dell Participation at the Interop Exhibition in Mumbai which was a great success and was well appreciated by one and all.

Flexible solutions for businesses was the theme for the Dell participation. The designer booth that attracted eye balls and quality visitors, had multiple presentation areas for each of the solutions of Dell. The Dell presenters addressed separate sets of visitors simultaneously from the booth.

Dell Hardware/Servers were also displayed in the Stall at Interop. The transportation of server by road, insurance for the hardware, a quicker design and fabrication of the designer stall were the real challenges of this project. HostIndia team’s professionalism and passion for quality were well appreciated and the event was a huge success for Dell.

Texas Instruments India along with other leading Technology companies in Bangalore organised IEEE – WINTECHCON 2018 on the 28th of September 2018 at the Hotel Royal Orchid. The conference was all about giving women technologists a platform to present cutting-edge technical ideas and innovations in some of the most exciting and emerging areas in automotive, industrial, smart energy, AI, data analytics and much more. All presenting and primary authors were women from industry and academia.

In short, this is a conference ‘BY’ women for ‘ALL’ engineers! HostIndia Events were the event managers for this event where the delegates paid and attended in large numbers. HostIndia team was involved right from Creatives, Invites, Branding, Registration Management to the onsite Program Management of the event. This highly successful event was attended by about 300 delegates with 90% participation from women. The event was well covered on Media.

Besides Texas Instruments, other organisations such as Qualcomm, Intel, Samsung, Analog Devices, Cadence and Boeing also supported the event.
