MSME Industry cluster specific events across 60 towns

In one of the most successful event series, HostIndia Events conceptualized & executed MSME target Industry Cluster Events across 60 towns. These included Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns across India. The events also covered about 120 Industry verticals. It was a Dell India event series in association with their partners Microsoft, Intel, VMWare and the likes.

The events were held targeting MSME clusters as varied as Diamond, Leather, Garments, Bicycles, Granite, Motors, Auto-accessories. The series covered south, west, north, east and central India. HostIndia Events team identified target industry clusters, carried out extensive research on the database, tied up with the local associations. Besides fetching quality audience acquisition, the team also provided a suitable event venue, event set up, logistics for each of the events.

Dell experts-led discussions helped IT Managers and Heads of Businesses to get an overview of Dell Solutions Portfolio. It helped them understand how one should develop a sustainable roadmap for IT Infrastructure to meet the business demands with controlled IT investments. The key objective of the event was to present Dell as the Technology solution provider, a shift from its earlier positioning as a PC company.

Dell continued the series for multiple quarters as the response for the event and the leads generated were unprecedented. Launch of Attack the Attack Campaign

Fortis Hospitals appointed HostIndia Events as the event managers for the ideation and execution of their new campaign launch event. The campaign was called “attack the attack”. Attack the attack campaign was an extremely crucial awareness campaign for the general public, It was an information booklet launch that would educate the public as to how one should manage during the heart attack.

The marketing team was on the lookout for an innovative concept for the launch. The concept finalized was a Heart-shaped, life-size Mascot that would be playing a key role in a SKIT play. The SKIT had a relevant storyline and launching of the campaign booklet too.

Press was invited to the event and also attended by the doctors and staff. There was a very good amount of press coverage in the city. The campaign launch event was extended and also executed across Bangalore in Hospitals, Parks etc.

Mothers’day event for staff nurses, an employee engagement program

In an Employee engagement program, HostIndia Events helped Columbia Asia Hospitals to celebrate the nostalgic Mothers’ day event at their work place.

Hospital Staff nurses, who generally stay away from their mothers but yet play the crucial role of providing motherly care for the in-patients were given this opportunity. It was a special and rare mothers day celebration for the staff nurses who do a commendable job day and in day out.

A backdrop was created and set up in the Hospital lobby area with a canvas. Hospital Staffs were to drop a message for their Mothers by picking up a post-it and a marker placed right there. Staff Nurses wrote their messages and Post-its were pasted all over the backdrop canvas. Selfies were taken in front of the Backdrop that had the image of a small Kid holding the hands of the mother.

The employees of the hospital remembered and re-collected their best of the moments with their Moms as they wrote a message filling the Quote “ MOM, you make the world a better place because…”

The Nostaligic event was an instant hit among the staff and it was a memorable Employee engagement program all the way.

Fortis Senior citizen card launch

Fortis Group of Hospitals, Bangalore conceptualised a senior citizens privilege card called Seniors First Card as their marketing initiative. The privilege card would provide senior citizens from the neighbourhood with many special privileges. The card was ready for the launch and a large convention centre was booked as the venue. HostIndia Events were appointed as the Events company for the project with two key tasks. Firstly, Senior citizens audience acquisition for this healthcare product launch event. Secondly, managing the event plan and logistics to suit the Senior citizen audience.

HostIndia chalked out a quick and robust plan for senior citizens audience acquisition. The reach-out program was planned to target RWAs, apartments, residential colonies and recreation clubs. The reach-out programs were to be held in proximity to the Fortis Hospital branches. The database was researched, built and profiled for a professional tele campaign reach-out and registrations. Multilingual tele professionals to address senior citizens well were appointed in the response management cell. The registration help desks were set up at RWAs. An entertainment program best suitable for senior citizens was finalized and publicised in the neighbourhood.

The event was a grand success with over 700 senior citizens between the age of 60 to 95 attending the event. Senior citizens collected the Seniors First Card which was issued onsite. A thematic launch of the Card was arranged with the help of a Yakshagana skit, which was liked by the audience. Celebrity Actor-Dancer Shobana and Team performed for the Senior Citizens. All in all, it was one of the greatest event case studies ever as it included the challenging task of senior citizens audience acquisition and managing.

Corporate Cricket Event for Dell ESG India Leadership

Dell ESG India Leadership teams from Chennai and Bangalore participated in a short residential conference program in Bangalore. HostIndia Events ensured that the Programme was filled with team building games, fun, frolic and best of the food. However, the highlight of the offiste conference was a Corporate Cricket Event Management towards the end of the program. The Cricket match was a tough and serious contest between Bangalore and Chennai teams.

HostIndia had booked one of the best cricket resorts in the city which itself was a big hit among the participants. The Cricket contest was managed in an extremely professional manner by appointing Karnataka State Cricket Association, (KSCA) authorized umpires & scorers. Cricket enthusiasts from the HostIndia team were deputed to suppirt and officiate the event. Best of the ground and pitch arrangements were made, which are extremely signigicant for a quality cricket match. Players in uniform added to the look and feel of a serious match. F&B during drinks interval were arranged too. Quality comentators & expert commentary by Dell team members added fun to the event.

During the post-match prize distribution ceremony, the teams were addressed by the Business Head. Beautiful trophies were distributed to the winning team, player of the match, best batsman,best bowler and others. The teams engaged in post-match photo opportunities. All in all Host India team was apprecaited for the providing the best Corporate Cricket Event Management for Dell.

Empowering Hybrid Enterprise – Riverbed

HostIndia Events were appointed the Event Marketing partners for the event – Empowering Peak Performance in the Hybrid Enterprise conducted by Riverbed in association with IBM in Bangalore. The Key responsibility of the Event Managers was to get the desired quantity and quality of the audience through multi touch point audience acquisition methods & response management.

NASSCOM 10,000 Startups – Michael Dell Event

NASSCOM initiative 10000 Start-ups organizes quality events across India and provides a platform for the Start-ups and encourages and promotes start-ups in India. The Initiative intends to incubate, fund and mentor 10000 start-ups in 10 years. HostIndia Events managed a high profile event in Taj Residency, Bangalore, the Start-Up hub of the Country.

The Event was titled “In conversation with Michael DELL” as Michael Dell, the Chairman and CEO of DELL was the Key guest and Nasscom Chairman Mr. Som Mittal moderated the event.

The Event was meticulously planned to give very high importance to every minute detail of the logistics, Audio Visuals, Set up, Décor, Attendee registration, and every other aspect. The Stage, Branding design, Panel discussion arrangements, Side tables were all special for this event. There were about 500 guests who’re who from the industry and corporate who attended this event.

The KEY takes away and the highlight of the event was the opportunity provided to 100s of start-ups to ask their queries directly to the father of PC business.
