HostIndia team helped track, list and incentivise Inside Sales team of Dell for multiple quarters. The Key HostIndia responsibility was identifying Gifts and Goodies and preparing an attractive catalogue and constantly making changes to the catalogue with newer items.
Team HostIndia was in one on one touch with the Sales team to ensure 100% fulfilment of the contests to the full satisfaction of the participants.
HostIndia also set up a Stall of various Incentive Items at the Dell premises on the said day for Inside sales team to pick and choose. HostIndia also gave an opportunity for the contest winners to choose from the popular e-commerce sites and arranged the payment and delivery. Adding a variety of gift articles, their procurement and fulfilment to match the budgets were the key aspects of the project.
